We are very excited to announce starting Spring 2019 a Brand New “8-week” education course, taught by NAMI- trained Mentors on the topic of recovery for any person with serious mental illness who is interested in establishing and maintaining wellness in recovery. The Course uses a combination of lecture, interactive exercises and structured group processes. The diversity of experience among course participants affords for a lively dynamic that moves the Course along.

Family to Family
This is a free 12 week education course for family members (persons caring for or know someone with a mental illness), taught by NAMI-trained teachers; it comes with a large notebook full of ways to help you understand and cope with your mentally ill loved one’s disease.
