A Brand New “8-week”version has been launched by NAMI National. Education course taught by two NAMI- trained Mentors, this course will assist Peers in establishing and maintaining recovery in such ways: Goal Setting, Vision Statement, Affirmation, Self-Care and more. This course is interactive and lecture based thus registration is required. This course occurs twice per year.

Family to Family
This is a free “8 week” education course for family, friends and significant others of an adult person with a serious mental health condition, taught by Two NAMI-trained teachers; NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication, problem solving, treatment and recovery.
